This is why more people need to be aware of just how important it is for them to get sleep, and not only here and there but on a regular basis. You should be getting at least eight hours of sleep but even if you are not able to get this, if you can at least get four to five at about the same time each night, at least your body is going to have somewhat of a routine and is going to know that it will have that time to recharge.
